Trisha Hayman

My art work is very deliberate - I paint exactly as I see it - there is no abstraction. I observe, pay attention to form and produce a subtle colour palette. Always in watercolour, and sometimes pen and ink, I am drawn to botanical and still life detail. Not quite a photograph but very representational. Alongside my love for the natural world, I produce small delicate paintings of objet d'art and treasured heirlooms.
